Here's the written directions if video isn't a thing you care for. You can find everythin' I used at your local Aldi.
Ingredients:
Salmon
Pimentos
Parmesan Cheese Olive Oil Seasoning of choice Red Pesto Sauce |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 or broil
1. Take the bread and place it in a pan or on a cookie sheet.
2. Sprinkle with Olive Oil.
3. Spread the Pesto on the bread
4. Take the cooked/seasoned chopped Salmon and sprinkle on top.
5. Now add some pimentos on top.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan Cheese.
7. Put in the oven and cook until cheese melts and bread is a golden brown.
